At Divine Guidance, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
2. Customized and Special Orders
The following orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun:
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Made-to-order products
- Energized or specially prepared spiritual products
- Bulk orders prepared specifically for a customer
3. Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests are subject to verification and approval.
Divine Guidance reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests based on the order status and processing stage.
4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch:
- A refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
- Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
5. Order Cancellation by Divine Guidance
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product unavailable or out of stock
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete customer information
- Payment verification issues
- Situations beyond our reasonable control
If payment has already been received, an appropriate refund will be initiated.
6. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and maintain secure transactions, Divine Guidance reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of:
- Unauthorized payment activity
- Identity misuse
- Fraudulent transactions
- Abuse of promotional offers
