Return & Exchange Policy

At Divine Guidance, we are committed to providing quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received is defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or videos as proof.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return consideration.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused.
  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Energized, blessed, or specially prepared spiritual products.
  • Made-to-order items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Product damaged during transit.

Subject to stock availability, we may provide:

  • Replacement of the same product, or
  • Exchange with another product of equal value.

If the replacement product costs more, the customer will be required to pay the difference.

If the replacement product costs less, the remaining amount may be issued as store credit at our discretion.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product), return shipping costs may be borne by Divine Guidance.

For all other approved return requests, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

6. Inspection and Approval

Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it.

After verification, we will notify you regarding:

  • Return approval
  • Exchange approval
  • Replacement dispatch
  • Refund eligibility (if applicable)

Inspection and verification may take up to 5 business days after receipt.

7. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges in cases involving:

  • Repeated misuse of return policies.
  • False claims.
  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Intentional damage to products.
